NCSL PCP Case Study - 7. Gifford

The building that housed Gifford Primary school had an obsolete heating system, failing roof and subsidence. It is now welcoming and inclusive with zones for different ages and groups including a purpose-built centre for hearing-impaired children. The school has achieved what it set out to do but there is a feeling that flawed planning denied them the opportunity to access the whole transformation agenda and become a full service children's centre.
