With the addition of a new nursery and children’s centre, John Perry Primary School now has a full range of children’s services for the local community. The buildings are visually striking providing a strong identity for the school but there is a feeling that less attention to the aesthetic design solution and more consultation with staff would have produced a learning space more suitable for the needs of the school community.
